Shipping policy

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped USPS or UPS ground unless other arrangements have been made (not including international orders).  Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days once order has been received. If items go out of stock, we will reach out by email for an updated shipping day.

Return Policy: All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of purchase to Nordic Care’s Arizona location and must be shipped in an appropriate container. Returned merchandise should be unused and suitable for resale. If an item is defective, Nordic Care will send appropriate postage to return the merchandise; otherwise, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover any associated costs with returning any items, including insurance if necessary.
