Return Policies
Nordic Care is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A 5% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped UPS ground within the Continental United States. Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. ALASKA, HAWAII and CANADA orders please call for shipping methods and pricing. Sorry, but we do not accept internet C.O.D. orders or deliver to P.O. boxes. To Place a check, money order or C.O.D. order please call us toll-free at 1-877-588-3700.
